Hi, I’m Ivana, the founder of NOVA. As a busy mom and a wellness professional with over 15 years of experience, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find the time, motivation, and resources to prioritize our own health and well-being. Balancing my passion for fitness with the responsibilities of motherhood drove me to create NOVA—a space dedicated to empowering women to take charge of their wellness journey and transform their lives from the inside out.

I created NOVA because I believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and capable in her body—no matter her age or stage of life.
